Living in southwest Oklahoma, we meet a lot of families in the beef and ranching like ours. One of those families operates and owns 7 Mile Processing Plant located, as the name implies, 7 miles west of Minco, Oklahoma. They operate a new processing facility built in 2022. They started their processing facility from scratch and it is growing by leaps and bounds because they do things the right way. Their facility is clean and orderly. That’s what you want from a beef processor. They have helped us understand the ins and outs of processing a beef and what information they need from us – and from you if you choose to buy a 1/4 , ½ or whole beef – to get the best cuts of beef we can for you.
7 Mile Processing is a USDA certified inspection facility. Because their facility is USDA approved, we are able to sell beef in any state. That said, we do not go to other states, but if you want to order your beef from Oklahoma, contact us and we can talk to you about shipping arrangements and costs.

1/2 Blood Piedmontese
A half blood is often referred to as 1-Copy Piedmontese because they only carry 1 myostatin gene. Just with 1 myostatin gene it's easy to see the difference in amount of fat. This was butchered in 2024 and raised by 3BK's Better Beef.

Full Blood Piedmontese
Above is the 2-Copy full blood Piedmontese carcass after processing with ultimately very little fat seen. This was butchered in 2024 and raised by 3BK's Better Beef.
