beef stir fry

  • 2 TBS vegetable oil

  • 1 lb Piedmontese sirloin, 2-in strips

  • 1 ½ c broccoli

  • 1 red pepper, cut

  • 2 carrots, sliced

  • 1 green onion, chopped

  • 1 tsp minced garlic

  • 2 TBS soy sauce

  • 2 TBS sesame seeds

ingredients

  1. Prep ingredients, slice and chop meat and vegetables.

  2. Prep wok by heating vegetable oil over medium-high heat. If you don't have a wok, a large skillet will also work. Cook beef until browned, 3 to 4 minutes.

  3. Move beef aside. Add veggies to the center of the wok or skillet. Cook for roughly 2 minutes.

  4. Stir everything together then season with soy sauce and sesame seeds. Continue until vegetables are done and tender, about 2 minutes.

  5. Enjoy!
