INGREDIENTS
2 TBS vegetable oil
1 lb Piedmontese sirloin, 2-in strips
1 1/2 c broccoli
1 red pepper, cut
2 carrots, sliced
1 green onion, chopped
1 tsp minced garlic
2 TBS soy sauce
2 TBS sesame seeds
INSTRUCTIONS
Prep ingredients, slice and chop meat and vegetables.
Prep wok by heating vegetable oil over medium-high heat. If you don't have a wok, a large skillet will also work. Cook beef until browned, 3 to 4 minutes.
Move beef aside. Add veggies to the center of the wok or skillet. Cook for roughly 2 minutes.
Stir everything together then season with soy sauce and sesame seeds. Continue until vegetables are done and tender, about 2 minutes.
