Kelli found an awesome recipe that we absolutely love for brisket tacos! The brisket we ate like this was so tender and full of flavor it’d make your tongue slap your face for more! The original recipe is at https://pin.it/2IPYFgpPq.
She made a few small adjustments, and you will too - but the basics are the same. Here it is:
Ingredients
Brisket - 1-1/2 to 2lb cut
1-1/2 cups Salsa (We just use Pace picante and it works pretty dang good)
1 packet taco seasoning
1 Lime
Cooking
Put Brisket fat side down in crock pot.
Squeeze the lime on the brisket.
Pour salsa on top of brisket.
Pour taco seasoning on top of brisket and spread it.
Turn crock pot on high for 5 hours, or low for 10 hours. Just let it sit and cook.

Serve It Up
When time is up, pull the brisket out and use a fork to shred the brisket. If it shreds too long, just cut it in half. Slice up some jalapenos, get the cheeses you like, tomatoes and all the other toppings your crew loves - throw it in your favorite tortillas and chow down! This is also awesome for nachos!
