Had a chance for a special deer hunt in Shackleford County, Texas over the weekend - Hunting was great - Made some new great friends and cooked up some awesome fajita steak strips! We will post the recipe - but by all accounts the beef was an absolute hit!!! Beef so tender it was butter!
